Service Description

The Jam for Joy is a one hour celebration-improvisation. No experience required. All are welcome. There is no charge for the class, though we do ask that you register so we can keep our numbers manageable. We do employ the Pay it Foward model. If you have a great time and want more of what you're feeling at the end of our session, you can pay for one of next week's students by donating to Yes, And...eXercise!
